A little bit of peace and quiet...

after the kids go to bed and all I am doing is browsing around on the computer. I have homework to be doing, scripture totes to be making and house to be cleaning. My spin class at the gym starts in nine hours, so it would be a good idea to go to bed, yet here I sit. I love the peace and quiet.

Please die, camera

I've been trying unsuccessfully for the last month to get a DSLR camera. Long story short, in trying to get the best deal possible, I ordered from a few different websites but had one problem after another and haven't gotten one yet. I had a hard time justifying it to David because we do have a point-and-shoot that we bought right after London was born.

I made a cute bag for my niece's birthday and need to take a picture of it. I dusted off the camera and tried to turn it on but it wouldn't. The battery is probably just dead, but I am crossing my fingers that the camera kicked the bucket and then I'll HAVE to get a new one. :D

Vicious cycle

Ever have one of those days where you eat everything in sight and then feel like crap afterward? Today is one of those days.

Just trying this out

I hate adding pictures to posts because it took forever to upload them and then it put them in reverse order.  So I asked some blogging friends of mine the best way to upload photos in blogs and they suggested Windows Live Writer, so I’m trying it out.

This rocks.  (Kind of like the Valentine’s Day skirts that I made for the girls.  Plus Jack’s bowtie.)
