I teach a fitness class at the gym called SilverSneakers and it is for senior citizens. I think the average age of the particpants is probably 73. The kids go with me and watch tv but usually hang out in the studio while I set up and the ladies love them. There were probably a dozen ladies in class today.
So here's today's amusing bit, from after the class was over and we were going home:
Paige: Mom, who was that old lady with the short, grayish-silverish hair?
